Our sweet spot is the first institutional scaling phase: Seed extensions, Series A, Series B, and selective growth rounds where capital can accelerate a clear company-building plan.
Traction
We look for signs of durable demand: recurring revenue, engaged users, expanding adoption, referenceable customers, and evidence that the product solves a painful business problem.
Product
We prefer software with mission-critical utility, clear return on investment, and the potential to become a category-defining platform rather than a narrow point solution.
Partnership model
We invest where we can be active partners—thoughtful on strategy, rigorous on execution, and helpful on hiring, fundraising, partnerships, and long-range company design.
